We are Pandora's Reel, a team of artists aspiring to create inspiring, groundbreaking works in the field of cinema. For the past six years, we've been producing independent creative works. We are passionate about making audio-visual content (short films, feature films, and series) in both live-action and animation, as well as books and graphic novels. We're particularly interested in developing Bengali genre films (horror, science fiction, action, and fantasy).
The recent hit of the deadly pandemic led to a worldwide lockdown. People lost the lives of near and dear ones. We as a species had to confront the biggest existential crisis never seen before. Maintaining sanity in these trying times felt too difficult. Even my mental state was crawling towards acute depression.
Then it occurred to me how impossible it is for those suffering from mental illness to survive. They live through these horrific moments in their everyday life. I just got a taste of it for a comparatively tiny period of my life, and that turned my life insufferable. No longer, the psychological insecurity and paranoia were just fancy words. I thought of addressing these issues in a more sensitive and educated way to raise awareness about the significance of mental health.

In addition, you can put your business logo (if applicable) everywhere from our posters to the teasers, trailers and on big screen. You’re our partner, if you contribute more than INR 50,000. In addition to receiving all the perks of ‘Sponsors’, you can be one of the shareholders of our film. You will be able to share revenue with us in accordance with the proportion you contribute to the total budget of our film.
